How it works

From first call to switch-on

Two things are worth knowing before you commit. How a solar system works. And exactly how we install yours. One team. No hand-offs. Most homes go from survey to power in under three weeks.

How solar works

How a solar system actually works

Five simple stages take daylight on your roof to power in your sockets. And they keep it flowing when the grid goes down.

1 · Panels capture sunlight

Tier-1 rooftop panels turn daylight into DC power. Not just direct sun. They work all through the day.

2 · The inverter converts it

The inverter changes that panel DC into the 220V AC your home runs on. It also manages the whole system.

3 · Your home runs on solar

In daylight, your fans, AC, lights and appliances run on free solar first. That cuts your bill.

4 · Surplus charges the battery

Extra day-time power is stored in lithium batteries. It is kept for you to use later.

5 · Backup through load-shedding

When the grid drops, the system switches over in a flash. It runs your home on stored solar. Silently.

Why this matters in Karachi: an on-grid system saves on your bill. But it shuts off during load-shedding for safety. A hybrid or battery (BESS) system keeps stage 5 alive. So the lights, fans and internet stay on through an outage.

Our process

How we work, step by step

Four clear steps. Handled start to finish by the team that does the install. No call centre. No subcontractors.

  1. 1

    Free survey

We visit your home. We measure the roof and track shading through the day. We check your wiring and meter. Then we review a year of bills. So the system fits how you really use power, not a generic package.

  2. 2

    Clear quote

A clear quote with every line shown. The exact system size in kW. The panel and inverter make and model. Your battery option. A fixed price and payback in years. No vague bundles. No surprises on install day.

  3. 3

    Install

A tidy install by our own team. Mounting structure, DC and AC wiring, inverter and any battery. All done to standard. Most homes are finished within two working days, with little fuss.

  4. 4

    Handover and monitoring

We test the system and switch it on. We show you the owner app so you can see your output live. Then we keep watching it from afar. A drop in output is our problem to chase, not yours.

Common questions

What to expect

Most homes are installed in under two working days once you approve the proposal, and go from first survey to switch-on in under three weeks. Larger commercial systems and solar carports take one to three weeks to build.

To install a system that runs your own home, no approval is needed. You only involve K-Electric and NEPRA if you want to export surplus to the grid, which now falls under the net-billing rules, about Rs 11 per unit for what you export. If you choose to apply, we prepare and submit the paperwork for you, and we will first show you whether storing that surplus in a battery is better value.

We visit your home, measure the roof, track shading through the day, check your wiring and meter, and review about a year of your bills. That lets us size the system to how you actually use power, not a generic package. There is no charge and no obligation.

Our own team, start to finish. The people who survey your roof also design the system and install it. No call centre and no subcontractors, so there is one point of responsibility for the structure, wiring, inverter and battery.

Very little. A wash a few times a year keeps output high in Karachi's dust, and we offer scheduled cleaning. Every system comes with app monitoring and we watch your output remotely, so a drop in performance is our problem to chase, not yours.
